App versus browser: what you need to know

Both the Android app and iOS browser deliver the same game selection and live-dealer experience, but they differ in a few ways. The Android APK app caches game assets locally, so repeat loads are faster; it also sends push notifications when a tournament you follow (Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Liga 1) is about to start or when your withdrawal is approved. Common installation issues and solutions

The most common Android issue is "Unknown Source" error when installing the APK. Fix this by going to Settings → Apps → Permissions (or Security, depending on your phone) and toggling "Allow installation from unknown sources" on. This is a safety feature that Android requires for any app outside the Play Store. We recommend turning this back off after installation.

A second issue is certificate trust. Your phone may ask "Trust this certificate?" when installing the APK. This is normal for direct downloads. Tap "Install anyway" or "Trust" to proceed. If you see "Installation failed" after this, restart your phone and try again. Sometimes your phone's security scanner blocks the install temporarily; waiting a few seconds and retrying resolves this.

On iOS, if the web platform loads slowly, try force-quitting Safari (double-tap home on older devices, or swipe up from the bottom on newer models) and reopening it.
